Custos.
The Catholic Family Office.

$25 Million Minimum

Custos is the Church's own title for St. Joseph. Custos Redemptoris. Guardian of the Redeemer. A working man whose vocation was guarding a treasure he did not own. He held it in trust. He handed it forward. That is the office. This is the machinery for it.

Ite Ad Ioseph

Two Josephs. One Office.

When famine came to Egypt, Pharaoh gave his people three words: go to Joseph. The patriarch had spent seven years of plenty building the storehouse, so that in the years of want, a nation could eat.

Leo XIII applied the same words to another Joseph. The carpenter of Nazareth, appointed guardian of the Holy Family, provider and protector of a treasure that was never his own.

Two Josephs, one office: the storehouse-builder and the Guardian. Both were the appointed providers a people in need were sent to. Both held what they held in trust. Both handed it forward.

A Catholic family office is not an investment strategy. It is a storehouse, built in the years of plenty, structured so that no famine, no heir, and no court can tear it down. The Custos Premise
Who This Is For

The Patriarch.

You are a Catholic business owner, or a man who has exited one. Twenty-five million minimum. You have heard every investment pitch there is, and you are not looking for another one.

You want provision, protection, and legacy codified. Written into instruments that outlive you. Structured so your wife inherits a machine with an operating manual she can actually use, not a filing cabinet and a phone list. Built so that the generosity you practice today is generosity no future generation can cancel.

Someday your picture will hang on the mantle. That part is not up to you. What the machine behind that picture keeps doing, for your wife, your children, your Church, and the men who come after: that part is. Custos is where you decide it.

The threshold is a qualifier, not a price. This tier is something a man is considered for.

What Is Built

The Structure, and the Machine That Runs It.

The Terms

The founder is the first client. The Sokol family structure. The trust, the holding company, the insurance trust, the runbook, the tithe. It is being built now, on this exact blueprint. Custos is not a theory with a brochure. It is a machine with a working demo unit, and I will show it to you.

Your data stays in your structure. Every Custos family runs on its own sovereign installation. No shared systems. No pooled anything. Ever.

Request Consideration.

Tell me who you are and where you stand. I read every request myself. If the fit is real, we talk. If it is not, I will tell you that too, and point you to the right rung.

Received.

JD reads every request personally.
If the fit is real, you will hear from him.

Private. Not a mailing list. Your request goes to JD and nowhere else.
